Brian Minor, a Baton Rouge native, joined the Little Village in 2014 where he put himself through LSU, earning a degree in business with a minor in leadership development. He has been working in restaurants for almost 20 years and is very passionate about providing great service to his guests.

Before he came to the Little Village, Brian filled many roles at a variety of different restaurants in town. Finding his niche in fine dining, he worked very hard to educate himself on food, wine, and the business of managing a restaurant.
